“ I have been to this Hattie B's location so many times. Every time I go there is a line out the door so I usually get take out. It’s so easy to order online and come in for pick up. This time I went on a random weekday for lunch so it was less busy and I got to dine inside. They have a really nice outside sitting area where my friend and I sat to have lunch. The food, as always, was great. The hot chicken sandwiches are an easy go to for me. Definitely my pick whenever I am wanting a spicy chicken sandwich. Also I love this location because parking is usually very easy to do with the big parking lot that they have. ”

I'm originally from Louisiana so I know what spicy is and I must say I was impressed. Jason was very welcoming and the vibe was inviting. The location was clean and my food came out fresh. I ordered tenders, Mac n cheese and some lemonade. It was very all good. I had my tenders made hot cause I can deal with it but there are two level of spiciness above that so if you think you can handle it, go for it...but you better be careful. No complaints from me about this chain. It's pretty nice. I was quite surprised they didn't have a drive-through though. Maybe that's something unique to the particular spot perhaps? It wasn't a deal breaker though. Pictures and videos include exterior view, interior view, menus, order table, merchandise table, and food quality. Enjoy! 5 - ”

“ Our group was looking for some Nashville hot chicken and found Hattie B's on the way back to the Airbnb. Loved the food here. Ordered the 3 piece tender combo which came with two sides. Tried the pimento mac and cheese and the bacon cheddar grits. All of the food was delicious and super filling. The chicken tenders were unreal and the house sauce that it came with was really good. Staff here were all super friendly. Atmosphere was great too, we sat outside but under cover so we caught some nice breezes on the warm day. ”

From the moment we walked in, the staff made the experience fun and welcoming, cracking jokes and keeping the energy high. Despite a packed crowd and tons of to-go and delivery orders flying out, the service was impressively fast and smooth. Plenty of seating, perfect A/C, and a great family friendly vibe. Now, the food: absolute chef’s kiss. We tried the medium spice for our son (just enough kick!) and the hot for the adults. It was jjuicy, flavorful chicken cooked to perfection. The sides? Also amazing. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, the coleslaw was fresh and crunchy, and honestly, the lemonade deserves its own spotlight. It was homemade, icy cold, and perfectly sweet-tart. I mixed in a splash of sweet tea for a custom Arnold Palmer that I’m still thinking about. And bonus points for the TVs playing softball and hockey; they know the way to our hearts. I’ll be making excuses to come back. Hattie B’s is the real deal. ”
